The big draw of the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia is the massive 50-man rumble match. On Tuesday, WWE announced 15 more entrants, including some surprising names.
RAW general manager Kurt Angle will join all three members of the New Day, Baron Corbin, Apollo, Shelton Benjamin, Elias, Sin Cara, Chad Gable, Goldust, Titus O’Neil, Mojo Rawley, Dolph Ziggler and Chris Jericho as confirmed participants in the largest Royal Rumble match.
With these 15 WWE Superstars, the Greatest Royal Rumble match has 19 confirmed entrants with Daniel Bryan, Bray Wyatt, Kane, Big Show and Braun Strowman also participating.
The Greatest Royal Rumble event will stream live on the WWE Network April 27 at 12 p.m. EDT and will also include seven title matches. The confirmed matches on the card include a rematch between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in a steel cage match for the Universal Championship, the RAW Tag Team Championship match between The Bar and a team to be determined later, an Intercontinental Championship ladder match between The Miz, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor and Samoa Joe. Triple H and John Cena will also have a one-on-one bout, but not for a title.
AJ Styles, Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura are confirmed to appear on the show but in an unknown capacity.
Chris Jericho was last seen on WWE television during the RAW 25th anniversary episode but has appeared in other promotions, most notably against Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 for New Japan Professional Wrestling.
The Greatest Royal Rumble will air April 27.
